Fix possible crash on a few pages due to color space (#2036)

## Description
Fixes a potential crash on any page that uses `HomePageContent`, such as
home page, recommended tab, & customize home page.

I think this is actually a bug in compose because it shouldn't pass
`Color.Unspecified` into the native color code. But similarly, using
`Color.Unspecified` in `animateColorAsState` doesn't make sense either.

### Testing
I was able to reproduce this consistently using the Purple theme on
customize home page by focusing on an empty row. This change doesn't
cause the crash.
