Shape: fork grilling with Justin, 2026-10-22 (firstmate report data/wolfskin-fork-grilling/report.md), go given 2026-10-22.

Unscheduled (Justin: not in the initial release). Display size is redone as a fixed, hand-tuned layout for this one TV, no settings UI; upstream fea/display-size* branches are abandoned for Wolfskin.

Approaches: (a) one global density/text scale at the app root plus a Wolfskin home-row preset (ui/main/settings/HomeRowPresets.kt:283-287) - recommended, smallest merge surface; (b) hand-tuned dimensions; (c) settings only.
