Goal

The frontend build stage and CI run on Node 24 LTS, not Node 20, which reached end of life on 2026-04-30 (justinzeus/server-docs#50: tank moved to Node 24).

Scope

Dockerfile frontend-builder: node:20-alpine becomes node:24-alpine.
.github/workflows/ci.yml: node-version: "20" becomes "24".
ref/ is a vendored reference snapshot, is not built, and stays untouched.

Acceptance

docker build of the full image succeeds with the Node 24 stage and the built frontend is served.
