Goal
Wolfskin TV's Seerr-backed discovery works for each signed-in profile: e.g. a person's filmography shows titles outside the library, not only owned ones.
Evidence
Justin, 2026-10-26, after his TV checks: "I noticed the seerr integration was not working. I thought we hardcoded the url in the app? The automated setup left it in a state where the discover features, like shows for actors (currently only shows the ones in my library)". The first-release rollout (justinzeus/wolfskin#8) deliberately did not copy Seerr logins (per-user credentials); the Seerr default URL was set in justinzeus/wolfskin#6.
Constraints
Per-user Seerr sign-in with each profile's own Jellyfin identity, never an admin API key. TV access needs Justin to re-enable wireless ADB, and it goes off again afterwards.
Acceptance
On the Xiaomi box, justin and shared (and mindel if she uses it) see Seerr discovery working: actor filmography shows non-library titles and requests can be made.
Next action
Diagnose whether the hardcoded URL reaches Seerr from the TV and whether each profile needs a Seerr sign-in; then fix in the app or finish the setup on the box.
Owner decision recorded 2026-10-29 from the backlog decision page: Fix soon. Justin's note: "I want this to be done over adb, entering the url and credentials is a pain. this should be easy for an agent". Nothing is started until he says go.
Closed on Justin's word (2026-10-29). Seerr is now set up on Wolfskin TV for justin, shared and mindel. The setup ran as a config-only ADB script (no install), and wireless debugging was switched off again afterwards (port 5555 refused, checked twice). On shared and mindel, Discover shows the Seerr rows (Trending, Upcoming) with titles outside the library. The change is recorded in the server-docs xiaomi-box CHANGELOG.
