Shape: fork grilling with Justin, 2026-10-22 (firstmate report
data/wolfskin-fork-grilling/report.md), go given 2026-10-22.Goal
Publish the first Forgejo release with the APK attached, sideload it onto "Tv in woonkamer" alongside Wholphin, run milestone checks 1-4, then publish a second release to prove the updater.
Constraints
Publishing a release and installing on the TV wait for Justin's go. Server-docs gets a Wolfskin build/release/install runbook in the same change as the TV switch.
Acceptance
Checks 1-4 recorded here with evidence.
Check 3 (in-app update round trip): release published, in-app update pending Justin's install.
Release: https://git.justinvisser.org/justinzeus/wolfskin/releases/tag/pwolfskin-2026_10_29 (v1.0.9-25-g853a3989, versionCode 55, commit
853a3989, same signing certificate as the first release). The installed v1.0.9-17-g761a5a61 should offer it as an update; install it from Settings inside Wolfskin.Owner decision recorded 2026-10-29 (backlog decision page). Close. In-app update proven by the owner on the TV on 2026-10-29: he updated from the first release (1.0.9-17) to 1.0.9-25-g853a3989 inside Wolfskin and it worked, which settles check 3 (Forgejo release list, version ordering, signing continuity, retained data). Check 4 (Select User focus) and check 1 (install and look) were done on 2026-10-22; the playback matrix (check 2) is the owner's own, and a server-docs runbook for Wolfskin builds and releases is not delivered (stale wording in services/conductarr/README.md and jellyfin.md still names Wholphin). Closed on his word; reopen if a playback problem shows up.
Ratings-everywhere release published: Wolfskin v1.0.9-28-g6bb382a1 (versionCode 56, tag pwolfskin-2026_10_29_1, built from the merged main commit
6bb382a1). Every rating from the phone app's Seerr sources now goes through one shared row, and each TV episode shows its own TMDB badge. It is the second release delivered through the in-app updater and installs over v1.0.9-25-g853a3989 with the same signing key.
