Shape: fork grilling with Justin, 2026-10-22 (firstmate report data/wolfskin-fork-grilling/report.md), go given 2026-10-22.

Goal

applicationId becomes org.justinvisser.wolfskin.tv (app/build.gradle.kts:75); debug keeps its .debug suffix. Kotlin namespace and source package stay com.github.damontecres.wholphin, so upstream merges stay clean. FileProvider authority follows ${applicationId} (AndroidManifest.xml:74).

Acceptance

aapt dump badging (or equivalent) on the built APK shows the new package; it installs alongside Wholphin.
