Milestone 2. Wolfskin follows the Jellyfin/Bazarr server subtitle preference unless the show has an explicit Wolfskin choice, delivered through the milestone 1 updater; live check on the TV.
Milestone 1. Done when, on "Tv in woonkamer": (1) a Forgejo release asset sideloads alongside Wholphin and launches as Wolfskin with the spiky-wolf icon and banner and the lilac-on-#07070a theme; (2) the shared and justin profiles each sign in and direct-play a movie and an episode, resume is shared with the phones, and one title plays through MPV with ASS subtitles; (3) a second release is found and installed from inside the app; (4) opening Select User focuses the current profile. Removing Wholphin is Justin's call and not a check. Shape: conductarr data/wolfskin-fork-grilling (fork grilling, 2026-10-22).
