Adds a Wolfskin fork header above upstream's README: the fork line naming Wholphin by damontecres (linked), the GPL-2.0 note pointing at the unchanged LICENSE, and two sentences on what Wolfskin is and how upstream is tracked. A horizontal rule separates it from upstream's README, which is unchanged below.

Only README.md changes (10 lines added). LICENSE, upstream notices and .github/workflows are untouched.

Rendering: no build needed for a Markdown-only change. The new header was rendered through the Forgejo markdown API (POST /api/v1/markdown, gfm mode) and came out as intended, with the Wholphin and LICENSE links resolving.
