Define the integrated Scholarr product sprint #10

justinzeus wants to merge 3 commits from docs/9-product-sprint into main
Owner

Goal

Prepare the owner-approved product sprint described in justinzeus/scholarr#9 without launching, rewriting Git history, or changing the dirty live checkout.

Change

Add SPRINT.md as the single proposed product/execution reference. Preserve the frozen design and historical decision evidence; replace the obsolete TASKS.md freeze queue and align README, AGENTS, schema index/header, and charter. Define exact Sol 6.1 xhigh roles, full-window budget, integrated acceptance strategy, conservative provider limits/circuit breakers, six-request live-check allowance, and separate one-credit reset authorization. Baseline commit: 0e22839.

Verification

Compared the requirements with the frozen design and reviewed schema/calibration records; verified official provider-policy sources linked in SPRINT.md; checked that obsolete TASKS.md references were removed. Read-only Codex account inspection found 98% weekly quota remaining and earliest saved-credit expiry 2026-10-04T05:32:19.368242Z. No sprint session, public-provider probe, reset redemption, production change, or private-data import was performed. This is documentation preparation, not product acceptance.

Risk

The proposed defaults and replacement of separate freeze ceremonies take effect only after explicit owner approval of the concrete plan. A 24-hour product completion and total quota exhaustion are targets, not guarantees. Native runner/plugin and reset-supervisor preflights remain separate gates. Leave this PR open for owner review; no main merge is authorized.

Closing: the sprint window expired (the saved reset credit ran out 2026-10-04) and nothing ran. Branch docs/9-product-sprint kept for a later re-plan.
